1. Shipping

1.1. How long is the order processing and shipping time?

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays. However, some orders may ship within as few as 1-2 business days and some may take up to 5 business days. 1.2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are shipping in Australia only.

1.3. What are your shipment rates and delivery estimates?

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you.

Shipment rates will be reflected during checkout based on the order and delivery location.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

1.4. How can I track my order?

Born Beauty aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package from the delivery provider. Our delivery partners are Australia Post and Sendle. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements, we cannot guarantee to track and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders.

1.5. What if my parcel goes missing or lost in transit?

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. 

We’ve found that more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Born Beauty politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots.

2. Refunds and Returns

2.2. Can I return or exchange the product if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, due to hygienic factors, we do not accept returns/ exchanges due to a change of mind. Please carefully review your order before purchase.

2.3. What if I get damaged or wrong product?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2.4. What is your refund process?

5. Jewellery Care

5.1. How can I take care of earrings to keep it as new for longer time?

  • Prevent your jewellery from being exposed to any moisture
  • Apply cosmetics, hair products, lotions, perfumes and powder before wearing your jewellery
  • Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, sunbathing and exercising
  • keep all your jewellery out of the direct sunlight
  • Remove your jewellery before going to bed in order to prevent damage and breakage
  • Store your jewellery separately in a sealed bag or jewellery box as metals may tarnish over time due to oxygen and natural body oils
  • Clean the jewellery after each use with a soft cloth and occasionally clean with the professional jewellery cleaners
